Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Design Training Specialist to join our team at Hive Group LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving learning objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training content using a variety of formats, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual classrooms.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop training programs that address those gaps.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Deliver training programs to groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Experience with e-learning development tools, such as Articulate 360.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in instructional design or a related field.
  • Experience with virtual classroom platforms, such as WebEx or Skype.
  • Knowledge of adult education principles and practices.
  • Experience with graphic design and visual communication.
