Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Construction Project Supervisor to become part of our innovative team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, from initial design to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Overseeing and coordinating the efforts of construction personnel, subcontractors, and field staff, offering guidance and support as necessary.
- Interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and project plans, while contributing to construction methodologies and scheduling.
- Conducting regular inspections to track progress and ensure adherence to building and safety regulations.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Preparing and submitting regular updates on project progress, while maintaining thorough documentation of all construction activities.
- Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and delays, taking prompt corrective actions when deviations from the project plan occur.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Construction Project Supervisor role will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations, along with a solid understanding of building codes.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and direct a diverse group of construction professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to make effective decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant applications.
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to various construction sites as required.
- Professional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
