About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Sales Inspector to join our team at Orkin. As a Home Sales Inspector, you will be responsible for understanding our termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 360 inspections of homes to identify potential pest issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their homes and families are protected
  • Utilize in-depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers to explain Orkin's products and services
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of homes, including crawl spaces and attics, to identify potential pest issues

Requirements
  • No experience required - we'll train you
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required
