Career Accelerator Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a talented Career Accelerator Recruitment Manager to join our team at Braven, a national nonprofit that prepares young people for strong first opportunities after college.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the BravenX program and accelerating the organization's national impact. This role requires managing relationships with BravenX partners, conducting regular meetings, using Salesforce to track progress, and suggesting tactical pivots.
About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Manage relationships with BravenX partners to ensure collective enrollment goals are met.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners on strategies to recruit eligible students.
- Use Salesforce to track and inform partners on progress toward recruitment goals.
- Suggest tactical pivots based on data analysis.
- Cultivate new BravenX partnerships through research, meeting preparation, and data tracking.
- Share design input and feedback with Braven's External Affairs team on marketing materials.
- Create social media calendars and posts to promote Braven brand to partners and prospective students.
- Collaborate with peers across the organization for best practices in recruitment.
- Support the successful onboarding of new students into the Accelerator.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in achieving student outcomes in recruitment, college readiness, college persistence, and/or career readiness.
- Proven ability to create, operationalize, and manage project plans, meeting milestones and deadlines.
- Track record of using data and metrics to drive decisions and measure performance.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion and cultural competence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $56,800-$70,900 in New York, depending on prior work experience and qualifications. This is a full-time exempt position with comprehensive benefits, including unlimited vacation time, 401K match, health insurance coverage, paid parental leave, and a one-month paid sabbatical after four years on staff.

Location
This role requires living within commuting distance of New York City, where we gather in the office at least three days per week and often work remotely two days per week. We prioritize collaboration and flexibility while maintaining a balance between focus, personal priorities, and reduced commutes.
