About the Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a keen eye on the American labor market to join our team at Career Land Center as a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist.

Responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates using various platforms, screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, building and maintaining a network of potential candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, providing a positive candidate experience, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in spoken English, an understanding of the American labor market, and proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other social media/job portals.

Compensation includes a commission-based structure with $500 per placement, potential to switch to a fixed + commission structure, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates

  • Building and Maintaining a Network of Potential Candidates
  • Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews

The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $50,000 - $70,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
