Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate strategy and business plans to drive growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with SK Hynix HQ to adjust capital expenditures and communicate strategic plans.
  • Provide administrative support for affiliates and corporate operations.
  • Support Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings for affiliates.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels between SK Hynix HQ and U.S. affiliates.
  • Manage contracts for strategic projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a related field, preferably in an agency setting or similar field, and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong skills in corporate operations, including support for management and Board of Directors.
  • Preferred skills and experience in corporate finance analysis and investment in venture or start-ups.
  • Basic understanding of the semiconductor and artificial intelligence industries.
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
