Position Overview:

As a key player in program management, you understand the intricacies involved in guiding a project from its initial stages to successful completion. Programs often demand substantial resource allocation, making it essential to steer projects effectively. We are seeking an experienced program management professional who can drive success through thorough analysis and proficient communication.

In your role, you will oversee and sustain organizational initiatives that support the mission of the Air Force. Collaborating with developers, subject matter experts, and analysts, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on project progress. Your team will depend on your leadership to navigate through requirements, budget limitations, and staffing issues. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates through deliverables such as monthly status reports and periodic reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee various programs or projects.
  • Lead multiple teams with diverse skill sets.
  • Administer Air Force contracts effectively.
  • Plan, organize, and make recommendations regarding program milestones, resource allocation, and critical decision points.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and analyze program or project challenges in terms of likelihood and impact.
  • Maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Air Force sector.
  • Familiarity with the structure of Air Force Air University and its subordinate units.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, individual qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational needs. The estimated compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 annually.

Work Model:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will engage with colleagues and clients in person as required.
