Job Overview:
This role within the Conservation and Load Management (C&LM) division is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and operational needs of both new and existing residential energy efficiency, conservation, and electrification initiatives. The aim is to fulfill or surpass compliance, revenue, and regulatory goals for Iberdrola's network companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth, savings, and regulatory objectives for residential programs.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive program and product strategies in collaboration with essential stakeholders.
  • Manage budget creation, oversight, and reporting of variances.
  • Guide and support program and product personnel, including Energy Specialists and Program Vendors.
  • Oversee vendor-related services, including procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Ensure operational processes are efficient, meet quality standards, and comply with regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by aligning programs with customer expectations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct necessary internal and external reporting, including support for regulatory matters.
  • Calculate and document expected demand reductions and incentives.

New Initiatives:
  • Develop detailed proposals for new offerings, including delivery channels and products.
  • Implement approved initiatives to achieve critical success metrics.
  • Act as the company representative for program initiatives with utility regulators and industry partners.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues related to program offerings.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across teams to support the achievement of company and regulatory targets.
  • Identify and initiate process improvements through research and training activities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, sustainability, business, public administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or building science.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Demand Side Manager (CDSM) or Certified Energy Manager (CEE).
  • Experience in managing energy efficiency or conservation programs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of electric and gas utility industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and industry standards.
  • Experience with SAP ERP Purchasing functions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Word.
