Position Summary
Prohealth Advanced & Imag is seeking a dedicated Marketing Representative to enhance our patient referral network. This role involves fostering relationships with medical professionals and legal entities to drive patient referrals and ensure ongoing collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new referral sources within designated regions.
- Conduct regular visits to existing physician and attorney partners to strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate and host networking events, including lunches and happy hours, to connect with medical and legal professionals.
- Facilitate access to our referral portal for physicians and their teams.
- Provide necessary materials, such as requisition pads and CDs, upon request.
- Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports in accordance with established templates.
- Attend monthly marketing strategy meetings to align efforts.
- Maintain a daily presence at the home office to collaborate with team members.
- Work closely with site managers to enhance patient and physician experiences.
- Communicate feedback and inquiries to the Director of Marketing promptly.
- Respond to all correspondence from referring physicians and colleagues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Experience in medical marketing is preferred.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree is preferred.
