Compensation: Salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 based on experience.
Sign-On Bonus: New employees may be eligible for a bonus of up to $2,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the deployment of security systems, including intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, intercom systems, and monitoring services.
- Effectively communicate and manage project scopes, timelines, materials, and workforce for assigned security initiatives.
- Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure all necessary materials are procured and available on-site for installation.
- Provide regular updates to field staff and operations regarding project progress to meet expectations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks.
- Engage professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Maintain an open-minded approach to continuous learning and development.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within the security or fire life safety sector.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Successful completion of drug and background screenings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Compliance with state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Project management certifications.
- Certifications from security manufacturers.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs and pushing/pulling over 75 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts to reach heights exceeding 40 feet.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring talking, hearing, standing, walking, and using hands and arms.
- Completion of the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire is mandatory.
- All candidates must undergo background checks.
- A drug screening may be required if an offer of employment is extended.
