Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at CapB InfoteK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading medium to high complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies
  • Assemble project plans and team assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts
  • Identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and resources accordingly
  • Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise
  • Partner with senior management to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10-15 years of IT work experience, including 4+ years managing projects
  • Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum
