Community Residential Services Leader

Pinnacle Services is a social services agency committed to serving individuals in our community who have various mental health support needs, chemical dependencies, developmental and physical abilities, and medical needs.
As a Residential Program Director with Pinnacle Services, you will provide leadership, oversight, training, and supervision to assigned community-based residential programs. You will coordinate staff scheduling to ensure service delivery at multiple sites and assure continuous quality improvements in service development and compliance with DHS, 245D, and CARF licensing regulations.
This role requires the execution of admissions and program planning processes, management and delivery of all contracted services, and compliance with all applicable State and Federal rules and regulations. You will also serve as the main point of contact for external team members, contribute to the development of policy, procedure, and record-keeping systems, and supervise employees within the program.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children and meet one of the following DHS Designated Manager requirements:
- A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- An associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- A diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified.
The salary for this position is $53,500 per year, and the location is Chaska, Minnesota, with regular driving to residential locations throughout the Twin Cities metro area required.
