Residential Program Director Leadership Opportunity

Pinnacle Services, a leading provider of social services, is seeking a skilled Residential Program Director to oversee our Community Residential Services sites in the Metro and surrounding area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, training, and supervision to assigned community-based residential programs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of supervisory level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children and meet one of the following DHS Designated Manager requirements:
- a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- an associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- a diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;
- 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified.
In this role, you will assure the execution of admissions and program planning processes, manage and deliver all contracted services, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also contribute to the development of policy, procedure, and record keeping systems and supervise employees within the program.
This position requires a valid Minnesota driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to work flexible hours and locations. Experience using Therap is a plus.
