The Unit Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts distribution center, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a safe and healthy work environment that meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Embody and promote the FCA Leadership Principles in World Class Logistics, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with customer KPIs, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmental performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving individual and team performance.
- Analyze root causes and implement countermeasures to address daily work challenges, ensuring safe work practices and preventative measures are in place.
- Lead kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety among team members, peers, and senior management.
**Requirements**
