Duties and Responsibilities:- Inspect and Repair Homes: Perform Post Closing Customer Visits (PCCV) and other inspections as per departmental and company standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete Work Orders: May complete work orders required to meet customer needs, providing problem-solving on-site.
- Coordinate Subcontractors: Contact and schedule appropriate subcontractors to perform work as required.
- Monitor Work Order Status: Initiate service work orders, set appointments with subcontractors, monitor progress and quality of work, and keep customers apprised of work order status.
- Direct and Supervise Subcontractors: Direct and supervise subcontractors to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain Service Vehicle Inventories: Maintain service vehicle inventories, including appropriate materials and equipment.
- Participate in Departmental Meetings: Participate in departmental meetings to discuss service issues, work schedules, enhance job quality and performance, and increase workflow efficiency.
- Assist with Special Projects: Assist in special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
