Sales Support Associate Job Description

The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in the store's overall success and efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer experience through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Wrap: Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance, interact genuinely with customers, read cues to determine their needs, and maintain accuracy when operating the POS system.
  • Stockroom/Warehouse: Receive shipments, notify Store Management of new product arrivals, scan cartons/transfers, and communicate discrepancies to Store Management.
  • Sales Floor: Analyze sales floor needs, replenish sales floor/assigned zone, react to sell-through, and execute visual merchandising needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
