About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant at the Bellevue Club Hotel. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist food servers with pre-meal side duties, including preparing and stocking restaurant stations with food and beverage items.
  • Clear and reset tables in a timely manner, maintaining proper sanitation procedures.
  • Evaluate and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and restaurant stations.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of the menu and available wines.
  • Assist food servers with table detailing, pouring water, and clearing and replacing silverware and dishware.
  • Communicate with management when items are low and need to be ordered.
  • Assist with closing side duties, restocking restaurant stations with service ware, plates, cups, and silverware.
  • Store food and beverage items, clear and clean restaurant stations, and sweep the dining room and patio as needed.
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble assigned service equipment.
  • Replenish low quantities of cleaning supplies and break down heavy-duty cardboard for recycling.
Requirements
  • Night and weekend availability is required for this position.
