Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of auditors to ensure the financial integrity and transparency of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all audit engagements.
  • Utilize expertise in financial software and systems to manage and streamline financial processes.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement and manage the use of financial software and systems in auditing processes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of audit plans and risk assessments.
  • Communicate audit findings to senior management and make recommendations for corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including CCH Axcess Tax Software and QuickBooks.
  • Experience with financial software and systems, including CCH ProSystem FX.
  • 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a finance or audit role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
