Sales Development Representative

About the Role
Hoffman's Exterminating is a leading Pest Control company in South Jersey & Tri-state area, with 6 offices operating across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in their efforts to bring exceptional services to more commercial customers. Your focus will be on reducing the administrative burden of the commercial sales team and improving the efficiency of the sales process.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist salespeople in all facets of a Sale, ensuring maximum potential sales impact and excellent customer experience.
- Assign and manage calendars/schedules of all salespeople to optimize face-time with customers.
- Prepare and upload bids and proposals into Sales Center, maintaining relevant sales forms in PestPac.
- Status pending leads and opportunities in Sales Center, preventing expirations or lack of action.
- Research and gather information from Zoom Info as necessary.
- Conduct outreach to local Chamber events, scheduling salespeople to attend and network.
- Create target market lists and pursue commercial business through email blasts, mailings, and other creative methods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence, with ability to make dozens of calls per day.
- Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
