Job Title: Camp Counselor/Dog Handler

Camp K-9 of Marin is seeking a responsible and energetic individual to join our team as a Camp Counselor/Dog Handler. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising and caring for our canine guests, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise group play and one-on-one sessions with dogs
  • Feed meals and administer medications as needed
  • Take dogs for potty walks and clean nap rooms
  • Assist with light grooming and general cleaning and maintenance chores
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and comfortable handling all types of dogs
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be physically active for entire shift
  • Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and ability to work independently or as a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude
