Job Title: Dog Handler/Camp Counselor

Camp K-9 of Marin is seeking a responsible and motivated Dog Handler/Camp Counselor to join our team. As a Dog Handler/Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for supervising and caring for our canine guests, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise group play and one-on-one sessions with dogs
  • Feed meals and administer medications to dogs as needed
  • Take dogs for potty walks and clean nap rooms
  • Wash dishes and perform light grooming tasks
  • Participate in general cleaning and maintenance chores
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and be physically active for the entire shift
  • Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, a sense of humor, and a positive attitude
