Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Easy Ice LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the refurbishment and repair of commercial ice machines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration, ice machine, and kitchen equipment repair. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Refurbish and repair commercial ice machines to meet Easy Ice standards
  • Work closely with the Refurb Lead and Technical Services team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure adequate levels of equipment are ready for quick turnaround and shipping
  • Document all refurb and repair work to Easy Ice standards
  • Source equipment and maintain adequate supplies
  • Identify equipment to scrap and maintain cleanliness of refurb area

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in refrigeration, ice machine, and kitchen equipment repair
  • EPA certification required
  • Flexible with performance and time-sensitive expectations
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently
