Prosthetic and Orthotic Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prosthetic and Orthotic Fabrication Specialist to join our team at BIONIC PROSTHETICS AND ORTHOTICS GROUP LLC. As a key member of our central fabrication lab, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing custom prosthetic and orthotic devices, creating artificial limbs that enhance the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and repair custom prosthetic and orthotic devices using various materials and techniques
• Operate saws, grinders, and other hand tools to shape and finish devices
• Work with sheet plastic and fiberglass to create durable and comfortable devices
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of devices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment
