Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to join our team at Community Based Care. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) to promote their independence, community inclusion, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Teach skills to promote independence and daily living needs
- Support community inclusion and integration
- Mentor individuals to build social skills and relationships
- Provide guidance and support in daily activities
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable form of transportation
