Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist individuals with their personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming needs.
  • Support and Advocacy: Provide emotional support and advocacy for individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
  • Developmental Goals: Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Community Involvement: Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Skills: Caregiving, patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
