Technical Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Isogent Partners LLC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity engineering and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an escalation point for the Helpdesk Support Team
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of customers' network, hardware, and application issues
  • Provide onsite technical assistance to our clients
  • Work through proactive technical support items
  • Manage client security devices such as firewall configurations and firmware updates
  • Documentation of network configurations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support role
  • Prior MSP experience and a proven track record of comprehensive IT administration and support
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS, and M365 components
