We are seeking a full-time Director of Accounting who embodies strong leadership qualities and possesses the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The Director of Accounting will play a crucial role in advancing the vision of our parish and will be an integral part of the Diocese of Austin staff.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a principal advisor to the Pastor and COO on all financial matters related to the parish.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and strategies.
  • Manage budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure the financial integrity and success of the parish by adhering to best practices in financial stewardship.
  • Collaborate with the Pastor, COO, and the Parish finance council to align financial operations with the mission of the Church.

This role is essential in maintaining the financial health of the parish and ensuring responsible management of the resources entrusted to us.
