We are looking for a seasoned Strategic Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and possess a deep understanding of various project management frameworks.

Job Description:

The Strategic Operations Director will be responsible for leading and managing multiple complex projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. This includes utilizing project management frameworks to drive projects to completion, collaborating with leadership and other PM's, preparing and presenting data-backed presentations and decks, and contributing to operational efficiency and support learning and development initiatives as needed.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, experience in the tech industry, with a preference for candidates who have a background in Compliance or the legal sector. Familiarity with operational processes and learning and development initiatives is also essential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management frameworks to drive projects to completion.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other PM's, preparing and presenting data-backed presentations and decks.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and support learning and development initiatives as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience in the tech industry, with a preference for candidates who have a background in Compliance or the legal sector.
  • Familiarity with operational processes and learning and development initiatives.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
