Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Maintain Telecommunications Equipment: Install, test, and maintain telecommunications equipment, including telephone systems, data networks, and video equipment.
  • Repair and Troubleshoot Equipment: Troubleshoot and repair telecommunications equipment and networks, including identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Independently: Work independently to complete tasks and projects, with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Must have technical skills in telecommunications equipment and networks, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Customer Service Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
