Job Title: Program Therapist

Butler Hospital is seeking a skilled Program Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in treating patients in our various Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospital Programs.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician to work alongside highly talented Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Program Therapists to refine their skillset in evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Treat patients with diverse needs, including Adolescents, Young Adults, Adults, Older Adults, LGBTQ+, Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Mood disorders, OCD, and other psychiatric disorders
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • Independent License preferred
  • Experience in a psychiatric setting required
  • Training and experience in relation to the population served necessary
