Job Summary

The Department of Finance and Economics at Texas State University is seeking a pool of qualified candidates for temporary, non-tenure track faculty positions to teach in the field of Social Work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach one to four courses per semester, with appointments based on student demand on a semester-by-semester basis.
  • Eligibility for annual reappointment is contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluations and continuity of funding.
  • May teach at the Round Rock campuses, and/or online, depending on departmental needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a master's degree with 18 graduate hours in the teaching field is generally required.
  • Previous teaching experience is preferred.
