Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various equipment and systems within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Assure preventive maintenance program is conducted on all plant equipment, including scheduling and completing work orders using an SAP-based CMMS.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Perform welding, cutting, and soldering using electric and gas equipment, including MIG and TIG welding on mild and stainless steel.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical school graduate preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in manufacturing maintenance environment, preferably in a similar food manufacturing background.
  • Must read, write, and speak English.
  • A high degree of judgment is required for this job.
  • Knowledge of power and hand tools, with ability to complete lite machining and metal fabrication.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Working Conditions

Employee regularly required standing, reaching, bending, and moving about the facility. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Hearing ability to meet manufacturing facility safety requirements.
