**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Stock and maintain inventory of beverages, garnishes, and supplies
  • Mix and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and surrounding areas
  • Operate a Point of Sales System and handle cash transactions
  • Assist with special events and banquets, including setup, service, and cleanup
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, and cleaning

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of bartending experience and/or training required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties preferred
  • Alcohol Awareness Training preferred
