We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team at Dawson. Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Safety Management: Maintain a company culture of safety excellence, leading by example and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Problem-Solving: Act as a mediator between onsite personnel to devise mutually beneficial solutions and resolve conflicts.
- Experience: 3-5 years of general contractor superintendent experience, with a strong background in retail/commercial construction.
- Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on construction management or a related field.
- Certifications: 10-hour OSHA training (30 hours preferred).
- Competitive Salary: $90,000-110,000 per year, depending on experience.
