Responsibilities of the Healthcare Support Specialist include:
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, medication management, treatments, and fostering independence through self-care
  • Accompanying residents throughout the facility and assisting with outdoor activities as required
  • Helping with meal preparation, serving, and post-meal clean-up
  • Participating in the planning and execution of regular activities for residents
  • Ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge in nursing, senior living, home health, or related fields is preferred.
Salary Range: $ per hour
