US Citizenship is mandatory

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of cumulative experience in roles related to Red Team Operations or Computer Network Exploitation (CNE).
  • Proficiency in Cobalt Strike.
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++.

Preferred Skills:

  • A minimum of 8 years directly supporting Red Team operations or CNE roles.
  • Over 4 years of hands-on experience in technical Red Team operations or government network exploitation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering comprehensive technical and executive-level reports and briefings related to Red Team operations.
  • Practical experience in modifying and customizing penetration testing tools and frameworks, such as Cobalt Strike and Kali, to fulfill operational needs.
  • Capability to independently execute all phases of a Red Team exercise without supervision.
  • Experience in developing payloads that can bypass antivirus and endpoint security solutions during Red Team exercises.
  • Background in software development, particularly in creating Red Team tools, custom malware, trojans, and shellcode using low-level programming languages (C, C++).
  • Advanced understanding of Windows kernel, APIs, system calls, and other operating system internals for offensive strategies.
  • Experience in analyzing adversarial actions utilizing Windows operating system internals.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux internals, including module development and system calls, for offensive applications.
  • Experience in investigating adversarial actions leveraging Linux operating system internals.
  • Certifications such as OSCE, OSEE, GXPN, and CRTO are advantageous but not mandatory.

Employment Requirements:

To qualify for this position, candidates must successfully complete a background investigation and drug urinalysis.
