Cybersecurity Acquisition Specialist

MBO Partners is a leading provider of deep jobs platforms that connect independent professionals and microbusiness owners with enterprise organizations. As a Cybersecurity Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our clients' systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of cybersecurity strategies and plans to ensure compliance with DoD instructions and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborate with program office teams to ensure the implementation of effective cybersecurity measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience, demonstrating expertise in risk assessment, incident management, and developing secure architectures.
  • Must hold a current CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
  • Active secret security clearance or higher required.
  • Must be located in the DC metro area for on-site work.
