Role Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Part-Time PM Pastry Assistant who possesses a positive demeanor and a passion for pastry arts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of pastry items.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service from preparation to execution.
  • Utilize seasonal ingredients to create innovative desserts and pastries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pastry Cook or Assistant in a reputable establishment.
  • Comprehensive pastry skills, including but not limited to plating, chocolate tempering, and cake baking.
  • Experience with seasonal menus and ingredient sourcing.
  • Culinary degree in Baking and/or Pastry Arts is preferred.
  • Availability for part-time evening shifts is essential.
