Job OverviewThe Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a strong bond between our organization and its customers. This key position is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and sales support. To excel in this role, one must possess exceptional sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer journeys and develop targeted strategies to increase sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to boost customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Analyze customer data to identify new sales opportunities and target audiences
  • Implement new and cost-efficient communication channels with customers
  • Continuously evaluate and refine customer interaction procedures to optimize results
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to enhance customer interactions and cooperation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry competitors and their customer relationship approaches
Requirements
  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in IT, CRM systems, M365, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
