Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join the Tenet Regional Resource Pool team as a Travel and Contract Clinical Nurse Leader. The role offers direct clinical patient care responsibilities, supervision of staff, and accountability for ensuring high-quality nursing care.


Salary and Compensation

We estimate that the salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis.
  • Supervising staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and competency development.
  • Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring safe and high-quality nursing care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A current nursing license and relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
