Job Summary

Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Set up and organize the dish racks to ensure efficient washing and drying of dishes.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Work well with others while following sanitation guidelines and maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
