• Work at our front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
• Give studio tours and showcase our facilities
• Collaborate with trainers to ensure a seamless member experience
• Sell memberships and promote our services to drive studio growth
• Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
