Client Relationship Manager

As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in annual business planning, assisting in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events.
