About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in annual business planning, assisting in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events.
