About the Role

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams? Do you have 5-15 years of experience in commercial construction project management?

Ausland Group, a leading integrated design, construction, and development company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the South Willamette Valley region. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with CPM scheduling software, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of commercial building projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Serve as primary client interface, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with contract documents.
  • Oversee project superintendents, foremen, and project engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CPM scheduling software, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
