Provide Exceptional Customer Service

As a Frozen Food Sales Associate at Food Lion, you will be responsible for delivering quality service to customers within the frozen food department. Your primary goal is to ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied with their shopping experience.

Maintain Department Standards

You will be accountable for maintaining the high standards of the frozen food department, adhering to the company's standard practice manual. This includes ensuring that products are properly stocked, faced, and rotated to minimize waste and maximize sales opportunities.

Maximize Sales and Minimize Shrink

Your role also involves assisting the department in achieving its sales targets through exceptional customer service and minimizing shrinkage by controlling inventory levels and preventing stock damage.

Create an Excellent Shopping Experience

It is essential to maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness, emphasizing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service. You will work closely with other team members to achieve this goal, creating a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Cleanliness and Organization

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will be responsible for cleaning shelves and shelf tag moldings, ensuring that the store environment remains clean and organized.
