Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Dakota Fluid Power. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in the fluid power industry, with a strong understanding of hydraulic hose and fittings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
