Job Title: Winder Operator
Location: Mansfield, TX
Pay Range: $17.70 an hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 3:30pm-11:30pm
As a Winder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring bobbin winders. This includes setting up and operating bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately. You will also be responsible for stringing wire through bobbin winders, adjusting the counter to the necessary footage, and filling up the oil container as needed.
You will record the necessary data on WW3 for labeling and place finished bobbins on the wire table. You will also make wire bobbins according to the inventory on the wire table and keep all bobbin machines operating continuously. Additionally, you will pull material from the warehouse as needed and maintain your work area in a clean and orderly fashion, following 5S practices.
You will know and practice all safety regulations and quality guidelines. You will also report production issues to the Direct Lead and perform work of an equal or lower classification.
