Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to empower clients in achieving their goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate placement and transportation as needed, while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide field-based services and support clients in meeting basic needs and symptom management.
  • Participate in scheduled program meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree and CA BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.
  • Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
  • Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
  • Cultural competency understanding and bilingual skills are highly valued.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
