Job Description

Genesis10 is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration:
    • Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365.
    • Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and patches.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the organization.
    • Develop and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve business processes.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and cleaning up redundant or outdated data.
    • Oversee data migration processes and integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems.
    • Create and maintain data import/export processes and documentation.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Dynamics 365.
    • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new users and system updates.
  • System Development and Integration:
    • Work with developers to integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and systems.
    • Assist in the development of new modules or features to extend system capabilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
    • Analyze system usage patterns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Project Management:
    • Participate in Dynamics 365 projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
    • Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP systems.
  • Experience in system integration and data migration.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security models and user management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or other relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Hourly W2 pay rate $75-85
