Technical Service Specialist

Service Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Conduct ongoing research on local markets and sectors to develop focused service strategies tailored to regional needs.
Service Management:
Provide technical assistance and training for distributor technicians, ensuring adherence to service policies.
Service Execution:
Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for routine service delivery based on customer segmentation and expectations. Implement a proactive service delivery framework, which includes service weeks, service assessments, customer visits, and profile collection.
Collaborate with the sales team on service-related matters and work closely with marketing and sales departments.
Utilize CRM and other online platforms for daily operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in electronics or biomedical engineering.
Experience:
Over 3 years of experience in the medical equipment service sector, with a solid understanding of the industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication abilities; proficient in information gathering and analysis; willing to travel frequently; adaptable to diverse cultural environments; proficient in written and spoken English; familiar with computer applications and office software.
